Process Control Solutions seeks first to understand the client's business objectives. PCS has the experience, perspective, and judgement to act effectively on behalf of the owner as an extension of the facility owner's team. PCS is also effective at collaboration and partnership with other service providers and equipment suppliers.
Datatrap-3000 was developed to provide a powerful, flexible, easy to use tool for collecting tag parameter data into ASCII files at sample rates down to 1 sec. Datatrap-3000 runs on the Honeywell TDC-3000 DCS on an Application Module (AM). Each instance of Datatrap-3000 can collect up to eight (8) DCS tags, and up to four (4) parameters on each - PV, SP, OP, and MODE.
PCS provides training on the principles and application of process control, covering process dynamics, measurements and final control elements, PID control, loop tuning, closed loop response and stability, feedforward control, and other topics depending on the desired length and content. Training can be conducted on site and customized to client needs.
