A comprehensive and impartial home inspection performed by Pinpoint will provide you with peace of mind as you complete this important real estate transaction. A pre-sale home inspection performed by PINPOINT Inspection & Testing provides you with knowledgeable and unbiased information that can help make your decision process more informed and less stressful.
A complete mold inspection performed by Pinpoint includes a comprehensive evaluation of the visible and accessible areas of the structure for evidence of mold growth. The inspection also includes an evaluation of the home for "red flags." Red flags are conditions favorable for mold growth. They include but are not limited to, active water leaks, moisture penetration, inadequate ventilation, high relative humidity conditions, insufficient insulation, condensation conditions, and improper evacuation vents.
A comprehensive audit designed to improve the health of your home. A visual inspection is conducted to assess the home's overall condition, including repair and maintenance of the home's systems, its energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. Infrared cameras identify changes in temperature. When used by a certified thermographer, these cameras can help pinpoint insufficient or missing insulation, poor construction practices/drafts, disturbed insulation, and poor ventilation.
Asbestos is a mineral fiber. It can be positively identified only with a special type of microscope. There are several types of asbestos fibers. In the past, asbestos was added to a variety of products to strengthen them and to provide heat insulation and fire resistance. From studies of people who were exposed to asbestos in factories and shipyards, we know that breathing high levels of asbestos fibers can lead to an increased risk of Lung Cancer: mesothelioma, a cancer of the lining of the chest and the abdominal cavity asbestosis, in which the lungs become scarred with fibrous tissue.

Laura is the utmost professional. I have worked with her on SEVERAL occasions on properties throughout NJ. As a realtor, we are only as good as the services we recommend. I have put my full faith and trust in Laura for many years and my clients adore her. In fact, when they come back to me to buy a home, they ask me to make sure that Laura is available to perform their home inspection.
