Treats test drivers like trash. Also if you are hired. Take a photo of every single paper you turn in to them. For about 2yrs of being employed here I was probably the most punctual and least likely to call off. While others has multiple accidents/tickets with test vehicle. Got into an accident that could've killed me and the other driver caused by an issue myself and others were reporting with our test vehicles at least 100 times and they fired me the very next day while trying to crookedly get me to sign off like I quit.

For the they receive from their clients they should be ashamed. Also if you happen to pay child support and want it to be automatically deducted from your paycheck. They charged me $90-$100 each time.

Honestly there's really no management system in place, last time I was there almost a year ago, I was hired as a "driver" and ended up being a maintenance guy under some dude hired by them. The women upstairs are all over the place. Talking about men, or my old manager talking about hitting up dispensary and getting FTP gifts. If I were the man who owns/runs this testing facility, I'd definitely run through the whole staff and hire people who will act professional, not talk about their stash bag from the previous week.

ATDS contacted our family about doing some testing on a 2014 Nissan Altima we owned. Due to their testing, Nissan replaced the faulty CVT transmission. After replacement, the car continued to exhibit issues with the CVT, though Nissan stated their diagnostic computer could not identify a problem on repeated diagnostic attempts. We contacted ATDS for advice and they assisted us in getting the situation rectified. ATDS personnel, specifically Kathy and Patti, were trustworthy, professional, responsive, and timely in their communications and served as a strong advocate in this situation.

We are impressed with the effort they made to help us and we are extremely grateful for their assistance in dealing with a frustrating situation. We give ATDS the highest recommendation.

I work for one of the bigger import OEM's in the R&D field. ATDS has supported some of our emissions and chassis dyno tests in the past. A+ staff, very friendly and helpful.

Had my vehicle for 22 days when they said they would have it a max of 14. Damaged my rear bumper and my aftermarket trailer hitch. They of course deny responsibility. Avoid these people like the plague.

We got our truck back after 6 weeks of emission testing in Michigan, and it was returned just the way it was picked up. Everyone we worked with from Patti in the office to the drivers that brought the rental car were great! They were very pleasant, accommodating, and easy to deal with. Thanks for everything and keep up the impressive work your doing!

This place is hands-down the best place to test your vehicle and aftermarket components for certification for the American market. Their communication with the California Air Resource Board appears seamless, allowing them to expedite what is usually a long and drawn-out process in dealing with government agencies.

Selected by Ford to have my Focus ST tested at my house. Joseph was totally professional, on time, quick, answered my questions, and gave me a check for $100 for allowing my car to be tested. What could beat that?

This company drove my car without my knowledge over 100 miles each way to their testing facility. They never told me they would be driving my car. I did not give them permission to drive my car, and I was not there when they picked up my car, so I had not idea they were driving it and not towing it. They only told me they would pick it up and put it on a dyno to check emissions.

A few days after my car was returned, I received a ticket in the mail that was issued while their driver was driving my car, again without my knowledge. They accept no responsibility for the ticket and I am forced to pay for it. I have to take two days off of work to get this ticket taken care of as well. With everything I have to do to get the ticket resolved, I will be out at least $1000 minimum.

I would never trust this company again with anything, as they do not accept responsibility for their actions. Hopefully they get shut down before they cause any problems for other people.
