We work on a varity of large scale municipal projects, and new, exciting contracts come by regularly. Planning, designing, and constructing community-empowering systems is something we've made a habit of. Our land development division provides a complete suite of development services from feasibility through early entitlements and permits on to execution with preliminary and final platting, design, and construction administration.
Self-starters are important to us because we're a relatively flat company - we give ownership to each and every contributor. We invest in every employee through mentorship, internal educational programs, and flexible learning opportunities. We take regular company lunches to press pause on the work week and take a moment to spend time with each other.
