I was in a very difficult situation buying a distressed property. The previous owner opened a permit to add bedroom and bathroom but left it unfinished. Engineer Villamizar helped getting the remaining jobs inspected, finished, and approved. I was fortunate to have a firm of so much reputation and integrity by my side to eventually complete the project.

They don't care about small jobs at all. don't bother contacting this business. they make promises of call backs and meeting but never follow through. it's been an absolute waste of time. if you don't want to do the job than just say that. don't string people along with false promises. when calling, the engineer is always in a meeting, out for lunch or he just left. I guess I'll have to give my money to someone who wants it.
