MEC is a Professional Engineering and Consulting Firm located in Humble, Texas and provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping engineering design and project management services. From the beginning, Mr. Marshall's plan was to own an engineering firm after he acquired experience and capital to do so. The time came when there was a "crease" that was created in the domestic engineering services market due to the increased overseas activity.

For the past 15 years, we have provided MEP engineering and design services for MidSouth Project Development, Valero Ardmore Refinery, Breaux Manufacturing facility, Brent Grinding, Tenaris Geothermal Project, Galdisa Manufacturing Facility, Bostco, WCM/Groendyke Terminal Facility, and Prostar Manufacturing.MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services for a 54,000 SF warehouse building.
