Mr. Patri has over 20 years of experience in the field of Structural Engineering. He is Principal directly in charge of Engineering Design and supervision of draftsmen. He has worked on multiple projects involving sophisticated computer applications including seismic upgrade of existing buildings, special connections, analysis and design for high-rise precast structures. He is familiar with all types of construction including wood, post-tensioned concrete, light gauge, steel, and pre-cast concrete.

LPe provided Structural Engineering services on this 80,000 square foot recreation center that includes an Olympic sized swimming pool, five tennis courts and a state-of-the-art wellness center. LPe provided Structural Engineering services on the entire center which includes a swimming pool, upper-level running track and basketball court.

LPe provided structural engineering services for the design of the CONRAC- one of the largest building projects in the history of Nashville International Airport. The 900,000 square foot facility includes a three-story precast concrete garage, 1- story precast car fueling/ maintenance facility with parking above, new concrete helical ramp way, entry and exit ramps and a three-story steel frame customer access building.

LPe provided Structural Engineering services for this approximately 14,000 square foot, single-story wood frame structure with some steel framing. LPe provided Structrural Engineering services on this 12,000 square foot steel-frame structure. Lateral stability for the building is provided by a combination of moment frames and K-bracing.

65,000 square foot three story composite steel frame structure braced with reinforced masonry shear walls and steel X-bracing. Foundation was bearing on shallow engineered fill. The roof structure consisted of steel frame, bar joists and metal deck.
