Although Leon A. Podolak and Associates, LLC works primarily in Carroll County, we have completed projects in Baltimore, Montgomery Cecil, Howard, Frederick, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, and Harford Counties, as well as Northern Virginia and Southern Pennsylvania. Our firm has completed hundreds of site development plans.
