Not a company you want to do business with at all. As a human being, and their new client, I submitted my idea to be reviewed, met with the main engineer Denise who has a Doctoral degree in this field and our conversation went well and he said he would come up with an idea and get back to me in a few days. Fast forward to two weeks later, I call and the receptionist, a very rude lady tells me he would call back.

A few days later after no phone calls, I call back again and the same woman picks up the phone and I asked her I have been waiting for Denise to call and she said well he did not call you because he is not interested. What sort of company would treat their customer that way? The professional and polite thing to do is to say I am sorry but I will not take on this assignment.

I asked the receptionist after her rude tone and her poor communication skills to speak to her boss and Denise picks up the phone and tells me that I can very well go with another engineer. It is odd to me that he said my idea is worth a lot of money and he is determined to help me out and then after two weeks he says I can find another engineer. I have a word of advice for Denise and his unprofessional so called Leedco company, why not take some people skills classes and go back to your roots to learn manners. Very hypocritical. If you have an idea worth reviewing, take my advice and don't go to these people. They don't care and will treat you like an animal.
