Mrs. Lane has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. She has over 24 years of electrical design and construction experience in educational, commercial, retail, grocery, religious, institutional, and telecom facilities. This included budgeting, bidding, awarding contracts, purchasing, contractor investigation, equipment specification and the prioritization of all projects.

She was a member of the Silica Project team in Argentina where she assisted in training engineering personnel with power plant design, vendor and procurement negotiations, and with translation of standards. She has extensive experience in managing projects from inception to closeout. She has worked on domestic projects as well as projects in Mexico, Bolivia, and Argentina. She is currently working towards LEED AP certification.
