Very disappointing. At St Nicholas Cathedral in DC we decided that it is time to finally repair the front entrance steps and make few improvements at the same time. Not a small project. They were so convincing at first and so helpful until a month after we signed their contract. For 3 months I kept calling and emailing asking to speak to one of the engineers, or at least get a status of my project with no results.

I asked them many times to at least let me know if they will/will not be working on my project. Finally I was way behind planned schedule so I had to find new Engineering company. Not sure what was the problem, they are one of the top companies in the area.
