KCE was formed in 1986 in Austin to provide engineering and surveying services to the Greater Austin Area. In 2000 the Marble Falls office opened to provide engineering services to the Hill Country and Highland Lakes Areas. In 2005, because of its tremendous success, the Marble Falls office acquired ownership of the company and moved its headquarters to Marble Falls. The company has since grown and now provides a wide variety of civil engineering services to not only the Hill Country and Highland Lakes, but also to the entire state.

K.C. Engineering, Inc. (KCE) provides civil engineering services to the Hill Country and Highland Lakes areas of Burnet, Llano, and Blanco Counties including the cities of Marble Falls, Burnet, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Bertram and Johnson City. KCE performs civil engineering designs for projects such as subdivisions, site developments, business parks, streets and roads, water lines and wastewater (sewer) lines.
