Software created in a vacuum is rarely great-great software results from constant iteration and why we named our company Iterators. Our testers are real people working outside of the development process. We test and validate software every day, and complete PDF conversions with our inclusive workforce.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) are among the most important and timely topics companies address today. HR departments actively recruit diverse talent, and companies hire DE&I leaders and training managers to build inclusive teams. Iterators LLC has recognized DE&I since its inception and was founded in 2017 with the principle that people with diverse backgrounds enhance and strengthen software testing outcomes. Building trust and credibility are what businesses require to reduce barriers to projects.

Iterators are Trusted Testers (TT) certified by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ensuring that websites and mobile apps are more accessible to all. The testing provides a code inspection-based approach for determining software and website conformance to the Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 standards.

Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) along with Data Analytics look at raw data and convert it into useful information. Data often has missing fields, invalid entries and duplicate records. Data can also be in multiple files or formats that need to be decoded and merged together, so it can be used successfully.

Jill Willcox began her career in the nursing field, which included work as a liaison between insurance companies and people who sustained life-changing injuries at work. Over time, Jill began to work as a program director for the Crown Center for Autism at Evanston Hospital, which was a grant-funded project producing best practices in the diagnosis of patients suspected to be on the autism spectrum. She also worked as a benefits consultant for Hewitt Associates LLC. Throughout each of these professional experiences, Jill has supported others – patients, co-workers, clients and now Iterators’ employees.
