Design of the Rose Village Planned Unit Development PUD is an ongoing project, road construction of the 1st phase started in August of 2004. Rocky Ridge Planned Unit Development PUD is another ongoing project. The 1st unit PUD 1 consisted of 39 lots and was completed in 2002. Fairway Estates is the newest addition to Umpqua Golf Resort.

I.e. Architectural, LLC Report

Nick is the principal of i.e. Architectural, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. There, he was accepted to the international program in Florence, Italy where he studied and traveled for a year. Following graduation he spent four years working at the offices of Hirsch|Corti Architecture and Carlos Zapata Studio in New York City.
