I started in assembly and was given the chance to move up upon showing them I was willing to work and learn. A fun company to work for. There are slow periods and extremely busy periods like any manufacturer, but I never saw anyone laid off or hours cut. I would recommend working for this company if you want to EARN your paycheck.

Unprofessional interview - was asked questions meant to embarrass you or intimate you such as what is your boss's name and phone number. Can I call him. They are not as smart as they think they are with a nitch product but very low tech. I would not work here and suggest you dont either.
