We have been serving Arkansas for some years now. We know how the weather conditions here can impact buildings over the years. Our building inspections are very thorough and we look carefully at any structural damage. We keep a close eye on water damage, as well as ventilation and air conditioning issues. Our building inspectors want to check every nook and cranny to help the client make the wisest choice in their investment.
Our standard inspection includes visual inspection of any and/or all components of the home as requested by the buyer/owner. A residential engineering inspection is intended to assist in evaluation of the overall condition of the dwelling. The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its components on the date of the inspection and not the determination of future conditions, even though in some cases we do indicate to the future owner potential problems.
As we were coming to the end of building our first house. My husband and I learned about some major issues that needed to be addressed. Knowing nothing about construction, we hired Justin Hall, as our professional engineer. Justin found not only the issues we knew about, but, ones, that if not fixed, could have been detrimental. Justin also helped with involvement with the contractor's board and our attorney. Justin appeared at our trial and was very professional. He handles himself extremely well under pressure. I am so glad that we chose Justin as our professional engineer. He has pulled through for us time and time again. Thanks Justin!
If anyone else that I know needs an inspector of a home being built or one that has already been finished, I will recommend them to your services.

What happens is the insulation blows into the evaporator when it is turned on and the insulation hits the evaporator and retains the moisture from the condensation.
According to Arkansas law, a structural opinion can only be given by a Professional Engineer, not a regular home inspector. A structural inspection involves a visual inspection of the foundation, slabs, pier and beams, drainage, load bearing walls, and more. We use our education, training and experience to identify signs of movement, even those that the untrained eye can not see. We also know how a distressed portion of the home will affect the rest of the home. After a through analysis of the structure, our recommendations are made and repair design is detailed enough for any person to perform a repair.
