H2B teamed with StudioRed Architects to provide civil engineering services for Faithbridge's new 24,170 SF Student Center. Situated on their existing 45-acre campus, this new Student Center includes 2 auditoriums, 12 classrooms, 7 offices, and a servery with an adjacent gathering area. The outdoor courtyard includes artificial turf areas, hard scape, sand volleyball court and a basketball court.The site design also includes a 334-space parking lot expansion, a new true grid grass paving fire lane, and new domestic water connection to Harris County MUD 24's utilities.

In 2005, owners Ken Bryant and Tod Henning started H2B with the philosophy of providing clients with personalized service that only smaller firms can deliver. Focusing on civil and structural engineering, H2B was founded on the principles of precise design, innovative solutions, and client satisfaction.
Tod Henning, PE is President of H2B Engineers, which he co-founded in 2005 after serving for 20 years in the Army Reserve and a final tour in Iraq in 2004. His years of military service gave Tod the strong foundation, work ethic, and leadership skills he brings to his engineering firm. He learned the value of precise design, innovative solutions, and talent, and applies these same principles to drive the success of his firm and clients.

We provide innovative and cost-effective engineering services to develop sites that meet our clients specific function, aesthetic, and environmental goals. H2B is recognized for our ability to develop creative and economical structural design solutions. We always remain adaptable to the needs of our clients, providing design solutions and delivery methods that best serve each unique project.
Land divided into 17 0.5-1 acre tracts; H2B provided site design for each tract of land, including entrance driveway, building placement, and on-site parking. Structural design included foundation design and detailing necessary for the pre-engineered metal buildings to be placed on each site, ranging from 4,000-12,000 SF in size.
