Grotto Engineering Associates, LLC, was formed in 2001 by Richard O'Connor to provide Civil Engineering services. Since then Grotto Engineering has expanded its operations to include land surveying, municipal planning, and more. To accomplish this task Grotto Engineering has assembled a team of engineers, land surveyors, municipal planners, environmental specialists, and CADD technicians.
