We were accustomed to engineers not returning phone calls or emails. Louise Greg was very different from this. Very professional. Very prompt to return messages. We had Louise Grigg of Grigg & Davis Engineers come out to take a look at a number of structural concerns around our newly purchased house -- issues with the foundation, retaining walls, support beams, water damage, erosion, etc. We had had contractors out before who took a cursory look at our concern areas and suggested some expensive work that we never felt confident would solve the problems. Louise, on the other hand, carefully and patiently listened to all of our concerns and inspected the problematic areas.

The answers she gave us were clear and concise, and we slept better knowing how to go about tackling the issues and knowing what we should or should not be concerned about. She also made recommendations for contractors who could resolve the issues, which is greatly appreciated when you don't have a go-to contractor you know you can trust. In addition to everything else, despite being busy, Louise made arranging a visit easy and has always been responsive to follow up questions. I would recommend her services to anyone who has an issue with their home, facility, or property and needs someone to trust to figure out the solution.

Louise and Bond are both friendly and helpful. It was very easy to make an appointment with Louise. Bond explained everything clearly about our concerns and it is glad to know everything is fine. Louise provided excellent customer service in totally remodeling an existing bathroom to be ADA compliant. Basically, the whole bathroom needed to be gutted. We used different Engineers in the past and this company was by far superior. They were true to their word as to due dates, cost, They went into incredible detail of what fixtures (brand/size/model) which needs to be purchased, and always gave us straightforward recommendations.

I felt that they seem to really care for the renovation project and made great effect to please us. They also helped in finding and dealing with contractors. All of my years of interacting with different companies, Grigg & Davis Engineers are just honestly the best that you will find! We would definitely use them again for other needed renovations.
