Services
We provided the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical design for this new three-story hotel with 133 rooms in Breckenridge, CO. Our design included all guest unit plans, along with the building core and amenity areas. Amenities of this facility include a lobby, commercial kitchen, breakfast area, fitness, retail and meeting spaces.
Golden Spike is a senior low-income, high-rise, facility in Denver, CO subsidized by the federal government's HUD (Housing and Urban Development). The 200-unit building encompasses two common areas totaling 7,600 SF. Given provided the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical engineering services for this remodel to meet with HUD requirements for ADA compatible units.
We provided the Plumbing and Electrical design services for numerous Starbucks Kiosks located inside Albertson's grocery stores throughout the United States. Our scope included site adapting three (3) prototypical designs to the existing specific utility locations and satisfying local code requirements.
This facility is an 80,000 SF building located in the heart of the historic area of Old Town Golden. The ground consists of retail shops and the top two levels consist of office space. We provided the mechanical and electrical design of this facility as well as the adjacent three-story parking garage.
