RWG&A's geotechnical engineering team worked with Oak Point Associates to investigate areas of importance to the overall design of Saint Patrick Academy. Engineering studies of the 150-year-old building determined that the limited space and age of the building presented financial challenges that the building's stewards could not overcome.
