Services
Aerial surveying offered by FEI has proven to be a powerful technology service that has increase safety and productivity for our clients. The service allows us to provide fast and efficient mapping for our clients with survey grade accuracy. Volumemetric calculations and 3D imagery has brought new innovations that were unimaginable just a few years ago.
These maps can be created for water bodies, both large and small. FEI resources include an 18' survey vessel for large bodies of water, smaller manned vessels for ponds and non-navigable streams, along with a 4' catamaran that is operated remotely when conditions allow and safety is a concern. Contours can be created with CAD and 3-D models produced which can be used in various formats.
When a project may be impacted by the existence of utilities serving the project and surrounding properties, SUE can become an important component in design and construction activities. When combined with FEI's UAS services, painted markings can be captured by aerial photo to create a permanent record of the physical locations of underground utilities.

I highly recommend this company if you need a survey done by people who are helpful and caring. I am leaving a review even though I never got a survey. When I called about a property line dispute, I was told by Tommy Wright that they were backlogged with other survey requests and it could be a while before they could get to me. Time being of the essence, he assured me he would send a proposal for the estimate within 3 days, at which time they would do the survey as quickly as possible. Tommy was very professional and sympathetic with my problem and helped me with multiple questions.
A few days later, I decided to cancel the request for the survey and accept the survey results from the builder of the adjacent property since I didn't think it was worth the aggravation. I am currently having the fence moved, but may be putting a new fence up in about a year or so after the new owner moves onto the property. I will definitely be getting my survey From Fleming Engineering before the fence is installed.
