ETTL Engineers & Consultants Inc. opened its doors in 1965 headquartered in Tyler, Texas with branch offices in Longview, Austin, and Arlington, TX as well as Texarkana, AR. ETTL has been providing a broad range of engineering and consulting services to industrial, commercial, governmental and private clients in Texas and adjoining regions.
ETTL's solid reputation for accuracy, dependability, and professionalism is a direct result of the leadership of Douglas Flatt, our founder. Mr. Flatt earned B.S. degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Civil Engineering as well as a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University before proudly serving as a First Lieutenant in the U.S.

Since our founding in 1965, we've developed in-depth knowledge of soil and groundwater conditions throughout our region, as well as the specific needs of the local entities we serve who continue to form the infrastructure of Texas.
