ES3 is a niche engineering firm providing specialized design, development, and fabrication of products for aerospace and other heavy industry sectors. In 2020 we celebrated our 20th anniversary. With immense gratitude, we thank our many customers who directly or indirectly sponsor the technology development responsible for our business growth.

ES3 has a purposeful business mission-to improve the performance, maintenance, and supply of mission-critical and safety-of-flight components while reducing the environmental impact of aerospace production processes and the hazardous exposures of aviation maintenance crews.
Services
ES3 was founded in 2000 by experienced engineers interested in structuring a company to encourage engineering creativity and excellence. We have offices in San Diego California, Clearfield Utah, and Warner Robins Georgia with additional laboratory facilities in each of the latter two locations as well.
Engineering excellence is only possible when a company has a corporate culture that promotes creativity, collaboration, and quality. Since our formation in 2000, ES3 has continuously reinvested our profits into expanding our capabilities and developing new products for our customers while providing the best facilities and work environment possible for our staff.
Teri is ES3's CEO and Board Chairman. With over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, her background ranges from analyst to program manager to entrepreneur. Teri has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and an MS in Engineering Physics from the University of California San Diego.
The ES3 Clearfield Engineering Center is a 16,000 square foot office building at 1346 Legend Hills Drive in Clearfield Utah. This facility houses more than 65 engineers and their support staff. It is located less than three miles from our Material Research and Development Center (MRDC) where ES3's Utah-based laboratory, inspection, fabrication, testing, manufacturing, and overhaul work is performed. When ES3 custom designed the Clearfield Engineering Center, we bucked the current trend of communal works spaces and shared desks.
