Buildings constructed before 1974 are almost certain to have asbestos containing materials (ACM). Airborne contamination from asbestos in buildings continues to be a significant environmental problem today. Although lead-based paint (LBP) was banned in 1978, some 57 million homes and one million housing units still expose occupants to the hazards of lead dust. From start to finish, this company went above and beyond for me! Dave and Jeff were very fair on pricing! I was very pleased with the time frame in which they completed the work for me. Chad did a fantastic job removing the asbestos from my basement along with patching up areas of concern. Highly recommend this company for asbestos removal.

Had a test done In December for basement floor tile that had asbestos. Had some life circumstances that caused me to delay removal. Once I was ready to get the work completed getting them to respond back to was impossible. They kept sending me to voice mail and never returning my calls, terrible customer service. I am having another company doing the project and paying more because EME would not give me the time of day. I have a business in need of tile to be removed as well. I will definitely not be working with EME.

Had Team EME do some encapsulation and small clean up. Very satisfied with customer service. Very responsive. Dave was the project leader - spent a good amount of time in person and on phone discussing the particulars with me and answering questions. I would highly recommend them. It isn't cheap, but worth it if you don't want to do the work yourself and need somebody to do it right.
