The Professional services we provide focus on helping customers with project plans and specifications, construction and/or investigation observation and testing, and preparation of final reports and certification. Environmental Concepts/Design
Terry Kaiser, president of ECAD, has over 30 years of construction and engineering experience. Mr. Kaiser is a licensed professional geologist (PG) and a licensed professional engineer (PE). He manages all ECAD projects and does a substantial portion of all engineering, investigation, reporting, and regulatory negotiations. He also spends a significant amount of time on our clients job sites assisting with field services to help ensure that contract services are completed according to project plans and specifications.
