Since founding EBWA in 1985, Barry has continued to provide consistent quality civil engineering and land surveying services to a large number of private and municipal clients in the Delaware Valley area. Barry is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of PA, NJ, DE & MD. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Villanova University, as well as a MBA from Saint Joseph's University.

Absolutely horrible service. Spoke with someone in office first week in May and was told by end of week there would be proposal written and sent to me to review and decide to move forward. On May 14th I emailed company again and was told that they were finishing the water management portion of proposal and would receive everything that evening. It is now a month later and I still have not received anything. Don't use this company they are a waste of time.
