We are a consulting structural engineering firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah with licenses to provide structural design services in over 40 states. Our firm is committed to the goal of technical excellence and minimizing construction cost to our clients. We attain this goal by acting in close liaison with the client, facilitating effective coordination and constantly evaluating cost design concepts.
Named one of the nine best new university buildings by Architectural Digest, Pierre Lassonde Studios is a unique 5-story structure that houses student entrepreneurs, innovators and creators at the University of Utah. This iconic "hybrid" structure provides housing for 400 residents in the four stories above a 20,000-square-foot innovation space on the first floor.
This LEED Gold facility provides office, classroom and lab space for the Utah State University College of Agriculture as well as the Agricultural Research Service. Structural floors in the lab areas accommodate the use of vibration sensitive equipment. Over a quarter of the building's structure, enclosure and interior components were constructed using materials with recycled content.
201 Commerce Park Warehouse provides tenants with flexibility to accommodate showroom spaces, office and warehouse space, and has dock high and grade level loading options. These structures are designed with steel deck over steel joists supported by interior steel columns and exterior concrete tilt up wall panels.
