Met Brian (Owner) last year and although he seemed to be a respectable person that soon proved to be just an understatement. We wanted metal benches to put around our pond, Brian said he would make us a pair out of heavy metal and powder coat them. He said that the paint would never chip off or the paint would never fade. We paid approximately 400.00 per bench as we were confident in his work and ability to deliver a quality product.

By the end of the 1st year the paint had in fact chipped off in several places. We called Brian and he sent out an employee to pick up the benches, re powdercoated both and said we shouldn't have anymore problems. Needless to say after a long winter at the start of spring we were inspecting our pond and noticed the benches once again chipped.worse than before.

My husband and I called 4 times to inquire what Brian would be willing to do for us to back up his verbal guarantee and several times we had to leave a message and several times we were told he would call us back. We never received 1 single call. We paid a lot of money for benches we were told we would never have to worry about because they pride themselves in top quality products. I am very disappointed. As a business owner ourselves we would never treat a customer in this way as we would be out of business.
