Dagher Engineering is an award-winning building systems engineering and sustainability consulting firm located in New York City. Since 2000, our guiding principle has been that properly designed, installed, and maintained building systems promote energy efficiency and economy while maximizing occupant comfort and minimizing environmental impact. We continue to engineer increasingly efficient and better buildings for our clients, and we strive to use our creativity in designing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems to limit the impact on the built environment.
Services
Dagher Engineering offers a wide variety of professional engineering services. While our core services include traditional HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems engineering, we also offer Passive House consulting, energy modeling, CFD analysis, and start-up and commissioning to support our robust sustainability and LEED consulting practice. In addition, we provide Special & Progress Inspections services required for most of our New York City-based projects.
One Friday every February, Dagher Engineering leaves New York City in search of fresh powder. The VIA now joins an influential list of skyscrapers, including 2015's winner One World Trade Center. Twenty members of Urban Green were able to tour the "courtscraper" but you can view the photos here. Dagher Engineering intern Sandra Ruttkayova was awarded a scholarship at an ASHRAE Long Island Chapter event.
