Throughout its history, CTI Engineers, Inc., has shown steady, planned growth and stability, despite the various economic variations over that time. The company's history is also notable for the longevity of and loyalty to its employees, in addition to its clients. CTI Engineers, Inc., is founded in Chattanooga, Tenn., with a team of 10 engineers and five support staff. Of the original 15, four would retire from CTI while another six are still with the company. Gary Cosby is named the company's first president.
