At Crookston Custom Designs we provide quality custom plans designed to meet your needs. We also sell plans online, most of the plans for sale on our site have already been built by the customers who originally had us create the plans. When you purchase a plan from our site you are getting quality construction plans for a fraction of the price. Some common questions we are asked are below. Most of our plans have already been built by the original customer, we then offer the plans on our site for a reduced fee.

As this was the first home we ever built, we were apprehensive about the entire process. The actual experience however, turned out to be enjoyable and something we hadn't expected. This was largely due to Brad and Christina. They have the experience and insight to produce a result that kept to the spirit of the things we wanted in the home, while helping us steer clear of mistakes typical of the beginners we were.
When you purchase a stock plan from CrookstonDesigns.com the plan has not been engineered. Typically a plan is engineered for a specific location with beams and other components of the structure being sized based on site specific factors, such as amount of snow, wind speed and expected seismic events.

Crookston Designs does a fantastic job! They have some very good plans already designed and can do a custom plan just how you want it! Brad is great to work with and responsive in his follow up. These plans are designed by engineers, but are still aesthetically pleasing. For the price, you won't find a better house plan. If you're looking for a new home, your money is best spent here with Crookston Designs.
