Services
Since 2005, Criterium-Sollie Engineers has evaluated more than 5,000 buildings across Alabama. Our staff of licensed, Professional Engineers offer skills in structural, civil, and mechanical engineering, project management, and much more. From diagnostics to due diligence, from commissioning to envelope performance to HVAC systems, we help our clients with even the most complex projects.
At Criterium-Sollie Engineers, we never forget that business owners often own buildings too. Our insight into commercial real estate properties and transactions, environmental solutions, facility management, and capital planning helps our clients from coast to coast build equity, maximize profits, and protect the people who live and work in their properties every day.
Large corporations, real estate investment trusts, and individual investors have different perspectives, different portfolios, and different investment goals. Some purchase commercial buildings regularly, others only occasionally. Criterium-Sollie Engineers understands these differences. We can meet investors wherever they are and provide the entire range of advice and assistance they need when it comes to a commercial building inspection, from the sophisticated analysis experienced investors may require to the additional handholding less experienced investors may appreciate.
No one wants to discover after purchasing a building that it sits on a polluted site. An Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) will reduce the risk of encountering this nightmare, along with the all too real legal and financial liabilities it would create. The need for an ESA depends on two factors: The likelihood that pollution may be discovered and the risk tolerance of the investor.

I don't feel like their services are meant for the home owner. Things that should of been brought to my attention were not mentioned(bathroom water leak, rotten floors). Arbitration rules apply.
