Established in 1962 originally as Miller Newell Engineers, Civilogic has a longstanding background anchored in the history of Jonesboro. George Hamman became the managing principal in 1995, continuing to build on the philosophy of founder, Mr. Robert Newell. Civilogic strived to remain a constant source of engineering and surveying excellence.
