Mr. Gockowski joined CEC in 1987. He is the President of Carroll Engineering and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including business development, client retention, financial adherence, and operational control of the office. Mr. Mason is the Executive Vice President and a Member of the Board of Directors.
Carroll Engineering has been providing services to New Jersey American Water since 2017 and I have found them to be very responsive. Carroll Engineering has delivered high-quality work on a number of our projects including engineering, surveying, permitting, and inspection services. They consistently deliver excellent work in a very cost-effective way and continue to provide good customer service.
Carroll Engineering provides a broad spectrum of wastewater engineering services to townships, municipal authorities, and private utility owners. The scope of our services ranges from small sanitary sewer extensions serving a single neighborhood to regional pump stations with capacities up to 60 MGD.
