I now have 6 of their units (Jetstor 816S and 716 before that). I've been a customer since 2009; Great products; extremely reliable (my oldest unit has been running continuously for a decade!). And fantastic service: the team is always ready to help and answer questions. The products are rock solid, so you won't spend much time on the phone with them!

That makes them available to answer any question and help you fine tune to your specific needs. I do field research and I've taken a couple of these in pretty harsh conditions. We have over a petabyte of data, and predominantly use JetStor fiber channel storage. JetStor is dependable, and robust; we have production units that are a decade old. The units are also simple to install and configure. And the support is amazing; they respond on weekends to my non-urgent requests, and work until the problem is resolved.
