I have been doing business with Bingham Engineering for about the past 4 years and have only experienced fast and friendly service. Like Forensic Inspection we find solutions to foundation stress and give recommendations for so you can stand on a solid foundation.
Dan Bingham runs a pretty tight shop. He and his associate engineers have always provided me with excellent service. I am a Realtor with Century 21 and always go to Dan when I need an inspection on a property a client of mine wants to sell or buy. One of his engineers is always available to do the inspection in a timely manner and have a report ready in a day or two.

I would not recommend. I got charged $480 for a guy to come look at some cracks in my foundation for 15 min and basically say that it doesn't look that bad. He sent me a report but it had all the information the general inspector gave me. I wanted to find the cause and fix of the cracks and did not receive that. I got an invoice 10 days after the inspection with a due date of the payment the day it was sent. Most expensive 15 minutes of my life for someone to tell me what I already knew.
