I am so glad that we decided to go with Arun Engineering for the structural engineering of our home. Arpan was a pleasure to work with. He seemed genuinely excited about our project. He found workarounds to achieve structural changes that others told us would be impossible. We took down several walls in our home, raised the ceiling and added large sliding doors and windows.
He was knowledgeable about city requirements, responsive and very quick. He has since followed up to make sure the project is going smoothly and has worked with the contractor to address any questions he has had. We are so thankful to have found Arpan- we highly recommend him!

BUYER BEWARE. We have gone through two unnecessary, uncalled for, major fiasco's/ disasters with Arpan! He is VERYYYYYYYYYYY incompetent, inattentive, and unreceptive, to say the least of it, to the attention to detail required to have a successful project, and needless to say on top of it, he is NEVER available when NEEDED to do his job thoroughly, efficient and effective, we at least wasn't for us!
Read his emails and you'll clearly see for yourself with all the boards he's a member of and what not, like 5 different ones from time to time! He's blatantly clearly got his head underwater! Either way we will be contacting the board of technical registration in regards to him and his firm, as well as filing a civil lawsuit against him holding him responsible for criminal and civil negligence in addition to pain and suffering, punitive damages, and as well as loss of income he's caused on our project ( almost about $200,000.00 in loss income because of his negligence he has caused)! HE'S ANYONES **WORST** NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH! STEER CLEAR OF HIM! I WOULDNT EVEN SEND MY WORST ENEMY HIS WAY!
