I have been with AZ&B for a little over a month now, and they have already provided me with more opportunities than I could possibly think of! I started off working part-time and was completing work for upper management. A few weeks later, I was then provided with a full-time work opportunity to help assist on a project with one of AZ&B's biggest clients.I am so grateful to be here, and I always feel so welcomed by the friendly staff, management, and the owners, Roy and Alfonso. AZ&B is definitely a place where someone is able to flourish!

AZ&B is excited about celebrating over 40 years of service to Texas communities and energy companies. When the firm was started in 1981, our founders recognized the need for quality engineering services to help make Dallas a more mobile and sustainable community. Since then, AZ&B has branched out to provide mobility, water resources, energy, environmental, and surveying services throughout Texas.
Ms. Anderson has a bachelor's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in City Planning. She has one year in project management experience, as she has worked with key AZ&B clients such as Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) under one of their biggest projects and has provided management support in other projects for AZ&B concerning the City of Laredo, North Central Texas Council of Governments, and the DFW Airport.
AZ&B provides civil engineering, surveying, environmental, and construction/program management services. AZ&B staff have developed long-term relationships with our clients by being responsive, providing safe cost-effective solutions, and high-quality deliverables on time and within budget. We have a 97% repeat business history with our clients due to our core expertise in program management, power, survey, transportation, utility design, and construction verification.Our successful delivery approach philosophy emphasizes team collaboration while incorporating two guiding principles - sound business practices and commitment for top performance.

I worked for AZ&B for four years and never once was up for a review or adjustment in pay. Every time I talked to Alfonso about a raise, he would put me off. When I told him about another job offer, hoping he would finally give me a raise after all my hard work as a staff accountant, he came back with, "I have good news, I think you should pursue the other job offer." Weird! And coworkers Karen and Adrian really unpleasant to work with. Do NOT work for AZB, you'll regret it! An engineer mentioned to me right before I left that ever since Alfonso came on, he has not once been up for a review, but because he's about to retire he was taking it easy. Oh, one last thing, Alfonso has told Adrian, Karen and I (a few times, like we hadn't heard it the first time) that he dislikes the vice president Roy, who was a joy and very pleasant to work with. Alfonso also said he disliked the previous owner Victor Zepeda who is still there, very unprofessional. That made me think, "Wonder what he thinks about me?" His actions said it all. It's all good, I trust that God will take care of us how best He sees fit. He takes good care of His children. :)
