2 weeks ago my parents had to pump their cesspool. Last night we found it was full again. My mom calls them and tells them our situation and wanted to know if there was a discount. They say, "no". It was also a Saturday and they charge $150 call out fee on top of a full charge to pump it again. What happen to customer service? Integrity? And doing what is right? I'm very disappointed in Aqua Engineers and not making the situation right.
