I'm not a contractor or distributor. just a property owner interested in their product to seal metal screws on my roof(s). Their sales help were terrific and responded right way with questions and even recommended a third part sealant to use with their specialty gun. I had a small issue upon receipt of the equipment and Mark responded immediately and shipping a part to me which I received the very next day.
