I had a contractor (Salvador Conchola-Fortitude Foundation Repair) who was supposed to fix my foundation use this company for his inspection. This company stated that the work was completed and the structure was raised to an acceptable degree of deviation. I don't think the contractor nor this company knew I had planned to repair the flooring. I removed the flooring 2 weeks later to find that the work was not done.
The contractor's invoice stated the rotted wood was replaced-it was not (see pics of rotted joists). The reset and reshim was not done appropriately, after the cosmetic flooring was removed, the flooring deviated 2-3 inches. I am out over $10k to have it fixed correctly. I called A&M and explained what we saw after removing the flooring to try and understand what happened. The guy I spoke with said he'd call me back-and has not. I have called several times, and now they are ignoring my calls. Be careful.
